Anupama 23rd February 2026 Written Update: Anupama Outsmarts Tina and Arjun, Rahi Confronts Prem’s Changing Behavior

Today’s episode of Anupama begins with Tina bringing water for Anupama and Hasmukh. Anupama immediately questions why Tina is personally serving water and asks whether there are no house helps.
Tina proudly claims that she does all the household work herself and never allows Manpreet to do anything. She then offers water to Manpreet but Manpreet hesitates and looks frightened. Tina firmly tells her to drink it and explains to Anupama that while guests are considered equal to God Manpreet is even more important to her than God himself.
Anupama sarcastically remarks that she has never seen a daughter-in-law like Tina. Pretending to be emotional Anupama says she feels like hugging her. Tina then deliberately flaunts her diamond ring, praising its beauty. Anupama subtly mocks her obsession with show-off.
Anupama Controls the Game
To impress Hasmukh Arjun jokingly says that if he had met him in childhood their bond would have been very deep. Anupama quickly responds that relationships can still deepen even now and Hasmukh can still pull his ears. Hasmukh immediately pulls Arjun’s ear .
Anupama casually mentions that Hasmukh’s bags are lying outside and asks who will bring them in. Tina instantly says Manpreet will do it but quickly changes her statement asking Arjun to bring the bags instead claiming it wouldn’t look nice if Manpreet did it. Anupama instructs Arjun to carry the bags carefully. She puts on a dramatic act in front of Tina and Arjun boasting that Hasmukh had gifted her plenty of money and jewellery. Arjun obediently brings the bags inside.
Anupama and Hasmukh continue spinning stories about their luxurious lifestyle making Tina and Arjun secretly dream about wealth. When they start getting carried away Anupama deliberately snaps them back to reality. As Anupama and Hasmukh prepare to leave Tina and Arjun insist they stay saying they are family and cannot let them stay in a hotel. Tina asks Manpreet to convince them.
Manpreet explains that Hasmukh cannot sleep without an AC and that there is only one AC in the house in Tina and Arjun’s room. Without hesitation Tina and Arjun offer their room.
Anupama asks if Manpreet’s room has an AC. Tina lies saying Manpreet refused one because she feels cold. Anupama then complains of a headache prompting Tina and Arjun to escort them to their own room.
Prem’s Silence Raises Doubts
Meanwhile an excited Prerna rushes to Prem but suddenly runs into Rahi. She informs Rahi that an investor loved their exhibition menu and wants to open a restaurant with them. Rahi is overjoyed and congratulates Prem and Prerna. Prerna explains that the location and investment will belong to the investor but the brand will be theirs. Rahi calls it a dream opportunity and says Prem always wanted this to invest his passion, flavour and soul.
She encourages Prem to go with Prerna and finalize the location. Prerna agrees but Prem hesitates claiming he still needs time and says he will visit the location alone later as he has work here.
Rahi feels confused and directly asks Prerna if something has happened between her and Prem. Prerna avoids the question and insists everything is fine. Pari overhears the conversation and Rahi decides to confront Prem.
Tina and Arjun Plot Over Greed
Tina and Arjun privately discuss how their manifestation seems to be coming true. Tina says Hasmukh is extremely rich though she doesn’t remember any such uncle. Arjun replies that if he himself doesn’t remember Tina obviously wouldn’t and reminds her that their relationships are based on money not emotions.
Tina suggests transferring Manpreet’s land to their name. Arjun says Hasmukh is wealthy and fears old age but Tina coldly responds that no fear is greater than greed.
Anupama Witnesses Tina’s Cruel Warning
Tina warns Manpreet not to take the drama seriously or get emotionally attached. Angad arrives to meet Manpreet but Tina sharply orders him to stay away from her.
Anupama pretends she didn’t hear anything warmly blesses Angad gives him chocolate and asks if he loves his grandmother. When he says yes Anupama tells him that loving elders is how it should be.
Anupama Forces Tina to Serve, Arjun to Clean
Anupama mentions that Hasmukh is hungry. Tina says Manpreet’s parathas would be perfect but Anupama firmly states that she wants food cooked by Tina herself. She lists multiple dishes Hasmukh wants to eat leaving Tina shocked. Anupama adds that Tina can cook whatever she wants from the heart they will eat it. She takes Manpreet away to talk while Tina cooks. Arjun supports the decision.
Anupama then tells Arjun that Hasmukh has dust allergy and asks him to mop the house. She hands him a list of groceries Hasmukh needs. Both Tina and Arjun helplessly agree and leave.
Manpreet Breaks Down, Anupama Gives Strength
Manpreet admits she feels both amused and guilty watching this. Anupama understands and says punishing one’s own children is never easy for parents but sometimes necessary.
She gently reminds Manpreet that children must be loved but should never forget that parents are not helpless.
Anupama asks Manpreet to rest while she speaks to Ravinder on the phone. Manpreet agrees.
Rahi Questions Prem, Mahi Adds Fuel
Rahi confronts Prem about his behavior. Prem claims he is busy helping Parag with his exhibition plans. Rahi insists he look into her eyes and tell the truth. She questions why he is avoiding Prerna.
Mahi joins the conversation and says Rahi is right. She hints that everything changed after the Delhi trip and asks what happened there.
Rahi warns Mahi not to interfere between husband and wife. Mahi sarcastically says she is speaking for Rahi’s benefit and points out how Prem has been avoiding eye contact.
Prem denies everything and promises there is nothing in his heart for Prerna. Rahi says she trusts him but acknowledges that Prerna once had feelings for him. She says if he feels uncomfortable, he should gently clarify things with Prerna. Trust she says is the foundation of any relationship something Anupama taught her.nPrem hugs Rahi and promises never to break her trust.
Toshu and Pakhi Discover Hasmukh’s Secrets
Meanwhile Toshu checks Hasmukh’s cupboard and finds property papers. Pakhi arrives and together they discover Leela’s jewelry in the safe. Toshu says Leela had claimed everything was sold. He accuses Hasmukh of hiding property from them and says they have rights too.
Kinjal and Ishani walk in. Kinjal firmly states that they have no right to invade Hasmukh and Leela’s privacy. She snatches the file and jewelry saying it belongs solely to them and is part of their savings and future planning.
Toshu argues that eventually the property will come to them anyway. Kinjal calls him selfish.
At that moment Pakhi receives a call from Diwakar. She excitedly tells Kinjal that she had warned them Diwakar was not gone he must have been stuck somewhere.
Manpreet’s Silent Suffering Exposed
Anupama later sees Manpreet eating a plain roti while so much food has been cooked. Manpreet admits that despite daily cooking in the house she has been eating plain food for years.
Anupama call Tina abd question about food Tina lies that Manpreet prefers it and that she personally serves her. Anupama stops Tina and insists she will feed Manpreet herself. Tina reluctantly leaves. Anupama declares that what has been happening for years will no longer continue. She gently feeds Manpreet.
Precap: Anupama get Manpreet ready and bring her out leaving Tina completely shocked. She firmly states that a daughter-in-law who touches her in-laws feet gets blessings . Dheeraj and Nasir arrive along with Ravinder leaving Tina and Arjun stunned by his presence. Ravinder lovingly unites Manpreet with Witnessing this emotional moment Anupama is reminded of Anuj and becomes emotions.
