Today’s episode opens with Tulsi expressing her fear that if Baapji had learned about the divorce earlier Dev and Saloni’s marriage would have broken even before it began.
Noina responds that the relationship had didn’t slipped out of Tulsi’s hands. Shantiniketan was saved Baapji found out the truth and she was the one who told him. Since the truth has come out and nothing was destroyed she questions why Tulsi is taking so much stress. She sarcastically says Tulsi should thank her because Tulsi’s drama to protect her heart and dignity ended and the heavy burden she was carrying was finally lifted. Noina asks what exactly Tulsi’s problem is.
Tulsi replies that her problem is with Noina’s intentions and methods. Noina went behind her back and informed Baapji that Mihir and Tulsi were about to get divorced and were living separately. Tulsi says Noina turned it into a spectacle without once thinking about Baapji their family or the years-old bond between the families. She accuses Noina of dragging the Virani family’s dignity and turning them into a joke only because she wanted to play her game from behind. Tulsi says attacking from behind is Noina’s true nature . Niona reminds Tulsi of her relationship with Mihir which was already gasping for breath and slowly dying.
Tulsi adds that even then the relationship was not completely dead. She knew it could still be saved because it was still breathing. But Noina strangled it herself entered that relationship as a Friend and poisoned it from within. She says a true Friend protects a relationship from fear but Noina was worse than poison. By becoming a Friend Noina betrayed both of them.
Noina Defends Herself
Noina fires back asking if Tulsi and Mihir were innocent children and whether she is the first woman in the world whose husband left her. She says the pain is real and she understands it but Tulsi never tries to understand her. She insists she is not Tulsi’s enemy she only cares for Mihir and wants to protect him from daily pain and conflict. She questions why Tulsi never tries to understand that.
Noina says she waited six years for Mihir. She took care of his house, his children and his family believing that one day Mihir would completely and belong to her emotionally and legally. For six years Tulsi was missing without a trace. When she finally returned after six years she thought the divorce would finally happen. But fate betrayed her Shantiniketan’s auction, business losses, debts, everything collapsed together. Then came Baapji’s drama and two people who were meant to separate forever were suddenly forced back together.
She says the same Mihir from whose heart she had finally erased Tulsi’s memories with great difficulty suddenly stood in front of her again as Tulsi’s husband. She asks if Tulsi has any idea how that felt. And she asks what would happen if the man who left his wife for another woman someday left that woman again for his wife. After six years where would she go?
Tulsi Draws the Final Line
Tulsi responds that she also went back after 38 years and even then she took responsibility for Mihir’s home, family and relationships. She says Noina should remember the difference between them. Whatever Tulsi received from Mihir was earned with love and dignity by respecting relationships. Whatever Noina received was gained through deceit and theft. And anything obtained through theft always carries the fear of being lost.
Noina accepts that and says one thing very clearly all drama and fear are over now. The only thing left is her divorce from Mihir. There is no excuse left and no reason for the delay this time.
Saloni’s Emotional Bidaai
Saloni’s bidaai ritual takes place. The entire family becomes emotional. Saloni meets her family members one by one and gets overwhelmed with emotion. She takes Baapji’s blessings and he becomes emotional as well.
Baapji then goes to Tulsi and tells her that he wants to say something. He says he is entrusting Saloni to her. He admits that his heart feels very heavy and anxious but this marriage was Saloni’s own choice . Tulsi reassures Baapji and says there is nothing to be afraid of. Saloni is not going to a stranger’s house. She is going to Shantiniketan to the house of Govardhan and Amba Virani her own people. Baapji responds that in Shantiniketan now neither Amba nor Tulsi lives there so he is handing Saloni over purely on the basis of trust.
Baapji’s Trust in Tulsi
Tulsi tells him that everyone is still there Daksha, Gayatri, Mihir and the house is full. Saloni will never be alone. As for Tulsi herself she may not live in Shantiniketan anymore but she promises that she will always remain in Saloni’s life forever.
Baapji feels deeply relieved after hearing this. He says that it was on Tulsi’s trust that this relationship was finalized on her trust that the marriage took place and now with the same trust he is sending Saloni away.
Baapji then calls Mihir and reminds him that although Saloni is now the daughter-in-law of the house business is business. He had given Mihir time to repay the loan and that time must be respected. If the repayment is not done within the agreed period Baapji says he will not be able to help him further. Mihir assures Baapji that such a situation will not arise and that he will repay the money within the given time.
Tensions Rise After the Wedding Rituals
Saloni’s car leaves. Tulsi also sits in her own car. Mihir leaves in his car as well and Noina sits with Mihir in the same car. Noina tells Mihir that finally this drama is over and now there is no need for him to be forced to go with Tulsi anymore.
Tulsi calls Shobha. Shobha informs her that Saloni’s griha pravesh has been completed. Tulsi asks if everything was done exactly the way she had instructed Tulsi then asks whether Saloni receive blessings in front of the temple. Shobha replies yes and adds that afterward Saloni was also made to take blessings in front of Baa’s and Baapuji’s photographs.
Tulsi says that Saloni should not feel that there is any lack or shortcoming in anything. Shobha replies that of course she will feel a void because Tulsi herself is not present there. Tulsi then asks about Hemant. Shobha tells her that Hemant left immediately after the griha pravesh as he has an important case going on.
Shobha says that she was thinking of going back home since she has been there for many days now. Tulsi tells her that if she leaves right now Saloni might face problems so she should stay for a few more days. Shobha agrees
Mihir Explodes During Ritual
Meanwhile Saloni and Dev are playing the ring game ritual. Everyone is enjoying themselves. The family members cheer for Saloni and Dev.
Mihir suddenly gets angry and shouts at everyone to stop. He says that Saloni has traveled such a long distance just look at her face she is exhausted and yet everyone is making her play games. Mihir tells Saloni to go and take rest and asks Shobha to show Saloni her room. After this everyone leaves from there.
Mihir Confronts Noina
Noina is about to leave when Mihir suddenly grabs her hand and stops her telling her she is not going anywhere. Confused Noina asks what has happened and whether something has gone wrong. Mihir coldly replies that she herself will explain everything.
Noina says she doesn’t understand what he is accusing her of. Mihir snaps back saying she has made a very big mistake. When Noina keeps asking what he means Mihir loses control and screams at her warning her not to pretend. His loud voice gathers the entire family.
Mihir says he never wanted to create a scene like this in front of everyone but Noina forced him to. He apologizes to Saloni for having to witness all this the moment she arrives. He adds that since Saloni is part of the family there is nothing to hide and it’s better that everyone hears the truth today. He accuses Noina of not caring about the family’s dignity and reputation.
Shobha asks what the matter is. Mihir says Noina will answer herself and directly questions her about why she sent divorce papers to Baapji. Noina is shocked. Shobha realizes her suspicion was right.
The Truth Comes Out
Noina accuses Tulsi of poisoning Mihir’s mind but Mihir sternly tells her not to take Tulsi’s name. He says Tulsi didn’t tell him anything he heard everything himself. A flashback reveals that Mihir overheard Tulsi confronting Noina.
Mihir says he could have created a scene right then but unlike Noina he values his family’s honor. That is why he chose to question her in his own house in front of everyone. He demands to know why she sent the divorce papers.
Pooja tries to stop the argument but Noina asks her to stay quiet and let the truth come out today. Noina breaks down and says she is exhausted after waiting for six years to get her relationship a name. She shows her empty hand no ring and points out that there is no mangalsutra around her neck no sindoor in her hair. Days, months and years have passed yet nothing has changed.
Mihir’s Harsh Decision
Mihir accuses her of playing the victim. Noina asks if her six years of pain looks like drama to him. Mihir questions why she keeps bringing up six years and asks what she lacked in this house. He says she controlled the household, handled business matters and lived like the mistress of Shantiniketan.
Noina replies bitterly that she may look like the mistress but she has no real rights. Their relationship was never given a name. Before meeting Mihir she had her own respected identity and a successful business which she put at stake because she loved him. She admits she knows she will suffer all her life for that choice.
She speaks about the humiliation she faces daily taunts from family members mocking comments disguised as jokes and being silently labeled the other woman. She says she lost her own identity trying to attach her name to his.
Mihir folds his hands and asks her to stop saying he cannot tolerate her anger destroying his family’s honor. He reminds her that she came to live in his house by her own choice he never forced her and never stopped her from leaving. He finally tells her that if she has so many problems with him and his family she should leave the house immediately.
A shattered Noina asks what crime she committed by telling Baapji the truth. She says everyone is now free from lies and pretence and the divorce will happen soon so she can marry him. She feels she is being turned into the villain despite doing the right thing.
Heartbroken Noina declares that since Mihir wants her gone she will leave not just the house but his life forever. She walks to her room with Mitaki and Suchi following her.
Noina Breaks Down Suchi Warns Mihir
An emotional Noina begins packing her bags. Suchi and Mitali try to stop her reminding her of everything she has built and all the sacrifices she has made. Suchi tells her that after giving so much of herself she cannot just walk away like this.
Seeing Noina break down completely Suchi becomes furious. She goes straight to Mihir and questions him about what he is doing. She asks how he can let Noina leave the house alone and whether he won’t even try to stop her.
Mihir coldly replies that before meeting him Noina was alone and now she is leaving because of her own mistakes. He says Noina herself is responsible for her condition. Suchi reminds him that Noina loved him and stayed in that house only for him. She had no place no status, and no legal commitment yet she stayed with the hope that one day she would get the position she truly deserved.
Suchi then asks Mihir where he thinks Noina will go after leaving the house. She warns him that he knows Noina will not go back home she may walk onto a bridge and give up her life. She reminds him that Noina has already tried to end her life once before and after living with him for six years she may completely break and kill herself.
She questions Mihir why he is doing this to Noina when his relationship with Tulsi is already over and he is not even going to divorce her. She asks why Noina is being tortured like this. Folding her hands Suchi pleads with Mihir to stop Noina saying that this time she will not survive. If Noina takes her own life Mihir will be responsible for it. Mihir is left completely shocked.
Precap:Noina admits that although her love for Mihir is real their relationship is built on a lie. She reveals that nothing happened between her and Mihir that night and she will do anything to make sure this truth never comes out.
