What Is Pasta?

Pasta is a type of noodle that’s usually made from durum wheat, water or eggs. It is made into different noodle forms and then baked in boiling water.

·       300g mature cheddar, grated

·       85g hunk old bread, torn into small pieces

Method

STEP 1

Warmth the oil in a large, wide pot or wok, then stir-fry the scatters for 5 mins. Add the sliced garlic and mushrooms, and cook for 5 mins more.

STEP 2
